Power Snatch (3@70, 3@75, 3@80, 3RM)

Snatch Push Press + Overhead Squat (5+1@70, 5+1@75, 5+1@80, 5+1@Max)

Perform the first number of Snatch Grip Push Press, followed by the second number of OHS. E.g. 3×5+1 is 3 sets of 5 Snatch Push Press, plus, and Overhead Squat.
